TRADE BANK ANNOUNCES IRAQ'S FIRST ATM NOW AVAILABLE

BAGHDAD (March, 2006): The Trade Bank of Iraq announced today that the first automatic teller machine in Iraq is now available for the public. The ATM is located at the TBI head office in central Baghdad.

The ATM is linked to the worldwide VISA network and allows customers to draw out cash in Iraqi dinars or US dollars.

Essa M. Amireh, TBI Manager for Acquiring & ATM, said, "We are very happy to be the first financial institution to bring ATM service to the Iraqi people. This is another first for TBI. We continue to be the most modern and innovative bank in Iraq."

TBI plans to establish a country-wide network of ATM's.
